Mr Robert Eugene Duplissis, age 91, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019. He was born in Muskegon, MI on February 1, 1928 to Seward & Clara (Foss) Duplissis and served his country in the US Army. He married the former Jean Mary Peterman on December 23, 1950. Mr Duplissis had been employed as a Claims Adjuster for AAA and then as a sales rep for Lakeshore Machinery & Supply until retiring. Robert has been a longtime member of Community United Methodist Church. He enjoyed sailing, traveling in his GMC Motorhome, woodworking, model building and ham radio (N9AUY). Bob loved his family, all of his grandchildren and especially their love and support during his lifetime.
SURVIVORS
Wife of 69 years, Jean Mary; sons, James (Laurie) Duplissis of North Muskegon, John Duplissis of North Muskegon; grandchildren, James II (Leah) Duplissis, Julie (David) Geyer, Kevin Duplissis, Danielle Duplissis; great grandchildren, Avery, Clare, Drew, Cady; sister-in-law, Fran Duplissis; many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, William.
SERVICE
Friday, December 6, 2019, 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior to the service at Community United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeremy Williams officiating.
