In loving memory of

Christina Biedebach
April 17, 1961 - September 14, 2019

Christina Reese Stoltz Biedebach, age 58, of Barnegat ascended to the heavens peacefully as the sun rose Saturday, September 14th after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her son BJ William Jon Reese Biedebach her two pups and a wide circle of close friends whowere like family.
Christina was originally from Abington PA, but spent summers in Long Beach Island andbecame a permanent resident in the early 1980s. Christina was very well known in the Long Beach Island area for contributing to the community in so many ways. Christina was a devoted mother to BJ and beautiful friend to so many. Having battled and survived breast cancer, Christina enrolled in yoga teacher training with the specific purpose tohelp others in their recovery from cancer. As she walked into her first day of Teacher Training, she proclaimed, I want to shine my light so bright people will need to wear sunglasses to be around me. And shine her light she did! Finding teaching to truly be her lifes calling, Christinadeveloped an expertise in the therapeutic styles of yoga and had a true gift in making yoga, meditation, and living in the present moment accessible to everyone and anyone from those living with mobility issues to the elderly and particularly for those recovering from cancer.Christina used these gifts at many area yoga studios and in service to countless foundations, charities and community centers.
Whether it was behind the wheel of the Mud Shuttle or on the yoga mat, Christina had a way about her that made everyone around her smile and enjoy life. Christina touched so many people. She was the true embodiment of joy and knew how to live life to the fullest at every moment. Christina loved to travel and truly exemplified the life of a Yogi in all that she did. Christina was also a devout Eagles fan and loved to spend time with friends and family in so many ways. Christina Reese was unquestionably the life of the party. Christina was a natural mystic and in tune with all the beauty that surrounded and embodied her. Her spirit will never perish and she lives on in so many ways. She will always be a part ofevery heart she has ever touched. Every time we feel the warmth of the sun we will know that it is sweet Christinas embrace. Every time we hear the sound of the ocean we will know that it is Christinas whisper. Every time we see a butterfly we will know it is beautiful Christinas companionship. And every time we look at the moon we will know Christina is shining down on all of us.
A celebration of life is being planned and details will be announced. Christinas loved ones request that donations be made to Jetty Rock Foundation in Christinas honor. Please note Christina for any donations.
