C.E. "C-Doc" Vaughn, Jr

Funeral Services for Mr. C.E. "C-Doc" Vaughn, Jr., age 77, of the Fellowship Community will be conducted 11 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2019 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Brett Gibbons will officiate. Burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Sunday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Livingston Funeral Home.

C.E. "C-Doc" Vaughn, Jr. passed from this life on Saturday morning, December 7, 2019 from the Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born in Overton County, Tennessee to the late Cal Edd & Nellie Mae Prichard Vaughn. He was a member of the Martin Chapel Church. C-Doc was a hard worker from a very young age, working on his parents farm to running a bulldozer and his own logging business. C-Doc finished out his career being a long haul tractor trailer driver hauling cows with his brothers. C-Doc enjoyed nothing better than squirrel hunting with his dog, old yeller. He was a great family man, and loved his neighbors and friends, spending time with them, and never met a stranger.

C-Doc leaves behind his loving wife of almost 58 years, Mrs. Delia Pearl Reagan Vaughn of the Fellowship Community; daughters, Lisa Langford & husband Danny of Livingston, and Tonya Scantland & husband Scotty of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, Cory Vaughn, Heidi Vaughn Schimpf and husband Jacob, Collin Langford, and Kyleigh Lynne Scantland; great granddaughter on the way, Hazel Schimpf; brothers, W.C. Vaughn & wife Claudine of Allons, TN, and Ricky Vaughn & wife Trish of Livingston, TN; sisters, Edna Hagan of Allons, TN, Judy Savage & husband Larry of Allons, TN, and Treva Luellen & husband Jonathan of Charleston, S.C.

In addition to his parents, C-Doc was preceded in death by his son, Randy Lynn Vaughn, and sister, Patsy Sue Vaughn Clark.

Pallbearers to serve are Collin Langford, Cory Vaughn, W.C. Vaughn, Ricky Vaughn, Elliot Vaughn, Barry Harvey, Troy Vaughn, and Jacob Schimpf.
