"Joan, so sorry to hear about your loss! We both were blessed with moms that lived long full lives. Glad to make contact with you after all these years! Dave and I are retired, still together and now live in North Liberty, Ia. I saw Judy Bruns Osier this summer at a Vilmar gathering. And I?ve been sitting with JoAnn while she got chemo at Univ of Iowa. She?s been battling cancer since spring but seems to be ahead of it, as she and Roger headed to Florida this morning for their winter getaway. Our two boys and their families will be here for Christmas, so I?m busy getting ready. I?ve also been doing quilting at church and playing computer games. Wishing you a happy, healthy and blessed New Year as you go forward! Phyllis Opperman 1770 Stone Creek Circle N Liberty Ia. 52317"
