Rachanee "Pat" Lee, 64, of Houston, passed away peacefully on Friday July 26, 2013 with family at her side. Pat was born on May 5, 1949 in Bangkok, Thailand to Chanverit Kwancherd and Lamoon Thanayok Kwancherd. She has been married to the love of her life, Damon Lee since August 7th, 1981. Pat worked for many years as a food service professional at Memorial Hermann Hospital. When she retired she became a grandmother and took great care of her beloved granddaughter. The bond they have will last a lifetime. She was an active member of a local Thai church, and enjoyed cooking, gardening and collecting antiques. Always a reliable friend, Pat was a strong and vivacious woman who will be missed by all those who were lucky enough to know her. Pat is survived by her husband Damon Lee, daughter Tatum Kusuma, granddaughter Emma Manalo, of Houston, Texas; sister Kay Walker, of Jonesboro, Georgia. A memorial service is being held on Thursday, August 1st, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Distinctive Life, 5455 Dashwood, Houston, TX 77401. Reception to follow.
