Kimberly Garcia, 44, was born on September 16, 1968 in Alvin, Texas and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 18, 2013. Kimberly is survived by her mother, Frankie Counts; daughter, Myrand Marie Garcia; son Mathew Noah Garcia. She was a loving daughter, mother, and friend. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
