Bill Mathews wrote on May 25, 2017:

"Captain Tony will always be a legend in our home. My kids laugh when we tell the funny stories about Captain Tony coming to stay at our house with Rocky. The world is a less colorful place without him."

Jay Stephenson wrote on Aug 23, 2016:

"I am so sad to see one of the "great" ones moving on to live eternity with Lord Jesus Christ. Tony was a great friend, wonderful father, terrific grandfather, great mentor and friend to many who will never check Facebook to know that Tony is gone from our lives. For all of us who knew him, there will never be a replacement or substitute for the laughter, challenge, intellectual discourse and just plain fun hanging out with him. If you were fortunate to know him before his move to Melissa TX for his final chapter of fighting to get the most of the life he did so enjoy, you will always miss Tony. There are never the right words of condolences when our loved one moves on. We can only honor the family by keeping them in prayer and to cherish and share memories of the life well lived. I will always miss Tony! Blessings to his family, especially his children and grand children for the joy you brought to his life. j"
