In loving memory of

Chad Lowe
January 19, 1979 - December 23, 2019

Chad Austin Lowe died in his home on December 22, 2019 in The Colony TX after an extended battle with cancer. He was 40.

Chad was born on January 19, 1979 in Newton, KS. He graduated High School from The Colony High School in The Colony TX in 1997. Chad Graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a BA in Biblical Studies in 2015 and was ordained by The Wesleyan Church in July of 2016.

Chad worked as a leasing agent while serving as a youth pastor at Horizons church, assisted in starting New Leaf Church, and starting his own church, love 121.

Chad's love for his family and friends is evident to all who met him. His desire was for every person he met to know that Jesus is real and loves. He demonstrated that the love of Christ is not about rules or religion, but relationship. Chad's creativity as a pastor and teacher allowed him to use rap music, movies, and modern culture to reveal God's heart to others in practical ways.

Chad is survived by his wife Misty Lowe, and children, Jolie, Christian, and Austin; his mother Lisa White; father and step mother Jim and Vickie Lowe, his mother-in-law, Deborah McFarland; his siblings Jeff (wife Sarah) Colegrove, Tara (husband Kenny) Parker, Jason (wife Drea) Colegrove, Kristina White and Alec White, Sibling in-laws Kristi Cazrnecki, Shanna McFarland, and many loved nieces and nephews

A celebration of life service will take place on Saturday December 28th at 1:00 p.m. at Horizons Church at 6600 Paige Road, The Colony, TX. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Chad's life. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Coach Gary Cox Legacy Memorial Scholarship (https://www.lisdef.com/ways-to-give/donate/).
