David Chatlin Shabot was born October 20, 1956, to the late Sam and Mona Shabot of Houston. David died February 28, 2017, in Los Angeles, California.After attending the University of Texas Austin, David moved to California where he spent the rest of his life. David was a bright and caring person who loved his family. Sadly, he was plagued his entire life with debilitating illnesses. In spite of these limitations, he cherished and was cherished by his family.
He is survived by his loving brothers Dr. M Michael Shabot and wife Linda of Houston, Dr. J. Marc Shabot and wife Debbie of Galveston, and Jack A. Shabot and wife Jean of Houston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
