In loving memory of

John A. Bock
February 22, 2052 - August 10, 2018

John A. Bock was born on February 22, 1952 in Houston, Texas and died peacefully on August 10, 2018 at the age of 66.  John was an avid sportsman whose love for clay shooting was surpassed only by the love he had for his wife, Randa.  John always found the best in people, even if it was the tiniest speck of goodness on a cheek. He cherished every moment that life had to offer and found joy in even the darkest of times.

John's charity and grace for others was unsurpassable and the lessons he taught to those around him will be forever treasured.

"The service we render to others is really the rent we pay for our room on this earth.  It is obvious that man is himself a traveler; that the purpose of this world is not 'to have and to hold' but 'to give and to serve.'"  - Sir Wilfred Grenfell

John is survived by his wife, Randa Leventhal Bock, and sister, Patti Bock.  He was predeceased by his parents, Norman Bock and Elizabeth Bock.

"John and Randa were the most loving couple and spent most every day and night together except when he was traveling for his work. He loved his cars and the outdoors traveling to New York. He loved Good food and the company of friends . He did not have a mean bone in his body. He had an forgettable smile. He will be missed by all of his friends and especially The love of his life Randa."
