"Dear Family, I am deeply sorry for your loss, during a time like this it is beneficial to reflect on scriptures such as Revelation 21:4. We can find comfort knowing that sickness and death will a thing of the past. I hope this comforts the family during this time."

"Dear Gaile & family, I am so sad to learn of your father's passing. I only met him a couple of times or so but I remember him as such a gentle, classy man. He seemed so very loving to you. What wonderful memories you will always have of him.

"Dear Gaile, Karen, Ron and Families,
We all have such wonderful memories of your Dad (Mr. Du). He was such a fun guy and always there for all us girls. Those were good times. I often think of Bea and Mr. Du. Our memories are gifts our loved ones leave behind for us. I know you have plenty. He was a tough old "Buffalo" who's now in a good place with a lot of great people! Much love to all. "

"Ron and Karen, so sorry to hear about your dad and father in law. You both were so dedicated to the care of your parents and I am sure you both made the journey a little more loving. I hope you find some comfort in knowing that you were there when it counted. Sorry I am not able to give you both a hug at the funeral home but I will be out of town. See you soon. Judy"

"Dear Gaile, Karen and families:
It has been a long journey for your father to reach Heaven but strong Belgians are like that. Your father was a fun and kind man that put up with so many shenanigans brought on by us throughout the years. I am proud to have known him and have a smile on my face that he was in my life. I have thought of him often and will continue pray for him as I do for all of our parents.
God bless him and all of you. Pat"
