Josephine Mary Loosvelt, age 93, Jan. 28, 2017 of Grosse Pointe Farms. Loving wife of the late George Loosvelt. Dear mother of Ronald (Karen) Loosvelt, Richard (Sandi) Loosvelt and George (Sherie) Loosvelt. Beloved grandmother of Ronald Marc (Georgia), Robert Adam (Stacy), Anne (George), Nathan (Kacey), Katherine (Bradley) Collignon, Andrew and Jordan. Cherished great grandmother of Teddy, Will, Sara, Josh, Brynn, Hudson and Vaida. Sister of Mariann Baecke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Irma Billiet and also predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Van Lent and Betty Paternoster. Visitation Tuesday 3:00-9:00 pm at Chas. Verheyden, Inc. 16300 Mack, Grosse Pointe Park, MI with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Wednesday, February 1 in state 10:00am and 11 am mass at St. Philomena Catholic Church, 4281 Marseilles St., Detroit. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Fr.
