Tributes

"Thank you Carl for watching over my dad and inviting him over for Easter dinner."

Ato and Siisi Awotwi wrote on Nov 8, 2018:

"Tribute To Carl Usher: Our deepest sympathy to the loss of our great friend, compassionate neighbor, an exceptional human being, honorable family member whose instant love here in Michigan and everywhere we went in Ghana during our maiden trip, a couple of decades ago earned him the nickname "Mr. Holiday" by both strangers and marketers alike in the craft center in Accra Central. All of the above graciously describes Mr Usher (Carl). However, the deep pain that we feel at this time of loss, arises from the feeling that there was in him something which is inexpressible, peculiar to him alone, and is, therefore absolutely and irretrievably lost. " True friendship is like sound health; the value of it is seldom known until it is lost" ~ Charles Caleb Colton An amazing person, whom innately felt compelled to be quite simply, the best person he could, and we say he more than succeeded. May the Almighty Creator grant you a peaceful welcome, as you continue your cosmic travel journey in the cosmic universe of the heavens. Peace to your family. Your memories remain. Farewell. "Da yie"."

"Dear family. I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. What brings me comfort in times like these is the scripture found at Revelation 21: 3, 4 where God promises to do away with all sickness and death forever. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and may Jehovah, the God of all comfort, be with your family during this most difficult time in your lives. "
