"I am so sorry for your loss Wendy and Family. Sandy was like a second mom to me through college and I always looked forward to her visits....she treated me so well and I will never forget her generosity, sweet nature, care for her children, and love of bulldogs :) I was so lucky to have known her and to have spent time with her through college, a wedding party, babies, and more. I saw what a wonderful mom she was and how proud she had become of Wendy following in her footsteps. I am grateful that she is in a beautiful place now with no pain and I hope she enjoys watching over all of us. Love, strength and happiness to all of her Family and Friends. Love, Candy "

"Our relationship with Sandy started around the time Joe and Wendy got engaged. From the beginning, and at each family event her warm (strong;-) caring heart was was sensed and welcomed with warm hugs. My most awesome memory with her was a sunset cruise on Torch lake along with Jim and Wendy in August 2018. They drove up North for vacation and spent a night with us. Knowing their love for being on the water and sharing this special moment with them will always be remembered. I have a photo in my "favorites" from that evening which always reminds me of that time. With Love and Prayers for Healing, The Meikles"
