"Rex, you were my friend since we were kids. When we grew up, more like a brother. We spent lots of years building and enjoying our cars, going to listen to bands, and enjoying what life had to share. So grateful to have talked with ton the phone the night before you left this world, and passed on to the next. I wish You peace, happiness, and a much deserved reward for the suffering you endured for so long. Godspeed, My friend. "
