Rylan Scott Wignall, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 3, 2020 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Gateway Recreation in Monroe. Memorials may be directed to the Rylan Wignall Memorial Fund and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com
The son of Jeffrey D. Wignall and Michalle (Steffa) Wignall, Rylan was born on May 9, 1991 in Des Moines. Rylan graduated from Johnston High School. He enjoyed watching the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Chicago Cubs and loved listening to music. Rylan had the sweetest soul and anyone that knew him, would agree. Rylan blessed our lives for 28 years, 10 months and 21 days.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Jeffrey Wignall and Michalle (Matt) Wignall; a brother, Bryce (Kate) Wignall; two sisters, Camryn Wignall and Finley Hadsall; a nephew, Baylor and his grandmothers, Sharon Steffa and Lois Wignall. Preceding Rylan in death were his grandfathers, David Steffa and Derald Wignall.
