Gregory W. Zurborg, age 57, of Ames, Iowa, died Sunday, February 2, 2020, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa.

Gregory William Zurborg was born September 2, 1962, in Palo Alto, California, the son of William and Judy (Agard) Zurborg. He graduated from Del Mar High School in San Jose, California, in 1980, then attended San Jose City College in San Jose, California.
Greg was employed as a landscape designer. He enjoyed fishing, collecting knives, and vegetable gardening. He was wonderful help in raising his three adopted sisters.
Survivors include his mother, Judy Agard of Ames; a brother; and three sisters. Greg was preceded in death by his father, William B. Zurborg.
Ames Monument & Cremation Center has been entrusted with the care of Greg and his family.
