Mrs. Lucille Margaret Johnson, age 100, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020. She was born in Muskegon, MI on April 4, 1919 to James & Marguerite (Somers) Hall and married Leonard Johnson on September 1, 1950. Mrs. Johnson served her country in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force (SHAEF) and had been employed as a clerk for the City of Muskegon water department for over 20 years. Lucille was a former member of Samuel Lutheran Church, enjoyed gardening & trips to SHAEF reunions.
SURVIVORS
Sons, Leland Johnson, Larry Johnson; grandchildren, Tara Becker, Jaramia (Jessica) Becker; great grandchildren, Beau, Miah, McKenzie; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard in 2009; daughters-in-law, Karen Johnson, Roxanne Johnson; brothers, Forrest, Arthur, Gordon, Stewart, Harold "Bob".
