"Joel and Lisa were colleagues of mine at Alstom Power. Each had a great work ethic and a wonderful sense of humor. Lisa and I worked in the same department and she was always driven to do the best job possible. She was a lot of fun to work with. Joel and I also enjoyed many discussions about the old days in engineering when design and layouts were accomplished manually. Joel and Lisa were real troopers and a great American couple. I have placed prayers for them with my church UMC Cokesbury in Knoxville. Judgment and reward will be granted for them by the Lord in Heaven as there can be no meaningful justice for them here on Earth. Both were loved and will be greatly missed.
