"Gary and I were high school class and team mates at Central Catholic High School, class of 1969. Gary was an outstanding student, athlete, and leader. I know that everyone in Bloomington-Normal that knew Gary are saddened by the news of his death. Gary and his family are in our prayers. "

Jeff Tropsa wrote on Jul 3, 2013:

"Gary Legner was an entrepreneur, visionary, mentor and a friend. What I liked most about Gary was his passion for everything... He loved life, his wife Terri, his mother, family and grandchildren, his work, his wine, and barbeque. Not sure how jazzed he was about our first project in Fort McMurray, Canada in January, though. I am so grateful to the powers that be that our paths crossed. Gary was a wonderful human being, a kind spirit and a gentle man. I consider myself blessed to have met him. Gary, I will miss your humor guidance and friendship. May the peace to God be with you. You will be in my memories forever."

David Stockwell wrote on Jul 3, 2013:

"I am shocked and dismayed to hear of Gary\'s sudden passing. He was a solid business partner, and very solid in his approach to business and project management. For many reasons, reaching far beyond these mundane reasons, he will be greatly missed."

Jon Anderson wrote on Jul 2, 2013:

"Gary is a very good friend and business partner. We have know one another for many years. As I remember, it all started with a strategy Gary had on how to pick winning lottery numbers. We were going to make a fortune. I remember when Gary met Terri, he was smitten and so proud of her and his loving family. Gary was always there to help a friend. We will miss him. "
