Ginger Jeter Morgan, born August 30, 1965, was welcomed in to Heaven early Friday morning March 20, 2015, after her courageous battle with cancer. During her journey, she remained active in the community, raising funds and awareness to help in the research and fight against cancer while always smiling and encouraging others. Ginger was a member of Northern Hill Community Church and she shared her love of Christ and her beliefs, always treating everyone special, whether they were friends or a casual acquaintance. Ginger worked at Carefree Physical Therapy, a dedicated co-worker and physical therapy assistant. Ginger was a very loving mother and is survived by her two children, Taylor Andrew Morgan and Katie Elizabeth Morgan, of Phoenix, Arizona. Ginger also leaves behind her family in Alabama: her parents, Gene C. and Annette (Sissy) Jeter, her sister, Pam (Lee) Powell and brother, Brad (Denise) Jeter, all from Alabama. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was blessed to have so many friends who she considered family in Arizona and Alabama who will miss her dearly. Her family wishes to thank all her co-workers and friends who have walked with her in her journey to battle cancer, we can never thank them enough. In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Organization or to your favorite charity in her honor. Visitation will be held from 3-5PM, with service at 5PM, Tuesday, March 24, 2015, Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale.

"To the family and children of Ginger Morgan: Ginger was my therapist at Carefree Physical Therapy during my 2 knee surgeries. She was always cheerful, encouraging, and very kind during our sessions together. We talked frequently about her children and how proud she was of them as they moved to young adulthood. She also talked about her Alabama roots. My deepest sympathy to her parents and family. It was obvious that she was raised by them with loving care. Also my best wishes to her children whom she was so very proud of. Sincerely, Kerstin Conner"
