Charles Tyler Baber

Charles Tyler Baber, Sr. 85, of Scottsdale, AZ entered into heaven on June 3, 2016. Tyler was born in Huntsville, Arkansas on April 28, 1931. He received his Masters Degree from the University of Central Arkansas where he met his sweetheart Betty Marshall.  They married before he shipped out to Germany, serving his country in the US Army.  He is survived by his wife of 61 years Betty Ruth, daughters, Marsha Fay (Bill), Mary Moerkerke (Mark) and son Charles Tyler Baber Jr., (Leslie), four grandchildren, Dina Ritter (Tim), Michael Fay (Christy), Stephanie Motte (Stephen) and Hayley Moerkerke, six great grandchildren and one on the way.  Tyler will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love of cooking, that brought the family together and his talent to grow just about anything. A loving father and grandfather, he will be greatly missed.  A celebration of life will be held at 11 am on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at McDowell Mountain Community Church, 10700 N. 124 Street, Scottsdale, AZ.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Arcadia City Church 6909 E Greenway Pkwy, Suite 240, Scottsdale, AZ, 85254.
