Louise was a business owner in the Carpet and Tile industry in London. She was a volunteer for St. Vincent de Paul in Phoenix for many years. Louise was well known for her gifts of service to friends, neighbors and strangers. Louise had a heart for those in need. She loved to tell her stories of her time in the country, and she loved to read and collect books, especially historical books. She loved to travel, going to Europe, Russia, Australia and of course the USA! Louise loved her tea and her puddings, (that is anything that was sweet, we call that desserts). Her love of our Pa (Mike) was a blessing not only to him but to all of us. Even after our Pa passed in 2008, Arizona still remained her home, she loved her "big Kapanicas family" and treasured each of us. We will all be forever grateful for our time with her, she will not be forgotten. Until heaven, when we will all be united again.
Service will be held at 10:00 AM, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on November 4, 2016. 11600 N. 64 Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers please donate to Hospice of the Valley or St. Vincent de Paul.

"My thoughts and prayers are with the Kapanicas Family."
"I was so blessed to have her in my life for the last almost 17 years ! She loved me and my family and saw us through difficult times. Always there for me loving and nonjudgmental! Mum was the perfect picture of grace and gentleness. She loved my father and took such good care of him during his illness ! I look forward to seeing her in heaven and hear her sweet voice call me her sweet darling ! We had a special bound and I will miss her for the rest of my days !"
