In loving memory of

Ryley Mcnichol

It is with love and light, that Ryley McNichol transitioned with peace on January 16, 2019. He is the son of Danielle (Knezic) and Brian McNichol and loving brother to Mia McNichol. Born on August 3, 2005 in Scottsdale, AZ. Ryley had a smile that would light up a room, gentle spirit and a tender heart. He attended Cocopah Middle School where he brought laughter to his classmates at the expense of his teachers (whom he loves dearly). With his smile, he brought joy to his grandparents, Bonnie (Knezic) and David Webb (Ontario, Canada), Johna and David McNichol (Virginia, USA) Teta (aunt) Lindsay (Webb) and aunt Kelly Hargraves (McNichol). Ryley was a member of the baseball community and player on the Bantam Canucks hockey team in the Coyotes Development Program where he spent several years finding joy connecting with his teammates, ultimately growing a family that is ever-present.

The visitation will be at Hansen Desert Hills Memorial Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 on Thursday, January 24th from 5-8PM. Celebration of Life will be gathering on Friday the 25th between 3:15PM and 5:15PM in the courtyard at Butterfly Wonderland in Scottsdale, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to fund an aspiring youth hockey player through the Coyotes Development Program or any youth hockey league. You may also plant a tree in Ryley's name to The Honor a Life Memorial tree program (www.honoringalife.org).
