"Phyllis is an angel in disguise. I was blessed to have taken care of her in her final days. I told her that she was my best friends in the few days I was with her. The last words she said to me before I drove home that night was, ?I love you.? I will always hold you near and dear to my heart. Phyllis your daughter is wonderful and such a caring person, she never left your side. Fly high my friend, see you again ?"

"To Diana and the whole family of Phyllis Shull. I knew her as a friend at work and as Diana?s Mom when we were little. I am named after her as my Mom and Phyllis shared a hospital room. Diana and I were born on the same day. Phyllis made me laugh and gave me advice when I needed it. She was loving and kind. Bless her family and help them through this time. Love to all. Phyllis Kerkove Back. "

"All those card games. By now, Phyllis and Mom are sitting at a table somewhere, cards in hand and iced tea beside them. I wanted to let you know that I am thinking of them and of all of you. "

"Phyllis was like a second mother to so many of us of the Class of 1965. How she and Buck put up with those slumber parties I'll never know! When the Fabulous Fourteen gathered in her living room there was hardly room to wiggle! Loved that lady! Connie (Holden) Hanna"
