"I have known Fred while working at Motorola in the ICF area. An an electronic technician, I SAW a few of the things that Fred was working on there. When I first got there , I met one of Fred's sons. I have heard many good things about Fred while working there. Motorola had several softball leagues and Fred was a very good pitcher. We often played our game after work under the lights. I helped Fred and his son get home form work a couple of times. My heart goes out to family and friends. Steve Simons"

"I remember your family very well from our years at First Baptist church. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. What a great guy. I still remember him visiting my high school ROTC class in the early 70's to talk about weather prediction for the Air Force and how it affected military operations. We hope all the family is well and life is good. take care Mel and Lupe Meter"

"I was a tennis friend of Fred. We enjoyed our tennis matches with each other and with the Motorola Tennis Club which was part of the Industrial Tennis League. Fred was not only an excellent tennis player but was an outstanding individual and a very good friend. I am so sorry and so surprised to see his passing in the obituary column of the newspaper. Although we had been retired from Motorola for many years and parted ways, I remember receiving the baton as the new President of the Industrial Tennis League from Fred at the Beefeaters restaurant on Camelback Road way back when. God Bless Fred and his entire family during this sad time."
