"Dear Sister Thelma and Family,
Although I did not know your companion of 58 year he must have been a wonderful person because I know you and the good person you are. I offer my condolence during this time of both sadness and yet celebration of the life of this good man. I pray for the blessings of Heaven to be with you during this time of adjustment. I have a strong conviction that you and Mel will be together yet again in the Eternities.
Love Roc"
