Denise Michelle Diehl of Scottsdale, Arizona, was surrounded by her loving family and friends, as she went home to be with the Lord, Jesus Christ, on February 2, 2019.
She was born October 19, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. Denise was the middle daughter of three girls, born to Dennis Diehl and the late Donna Diehl.
Graduating from Horizon High School in 1984, Denise found a heart for the local Arizona community, which was exemplified further in her vocation. For the majority of her adult life, she worked as a District Representative for Congressman, Trent Franks, and took great pride in serving the people of the State of Arizona and our Country.
As a single mother, Denise was an activist for Southwest Leadership Foundation, Inc. where her faith and love for the Lord allowed her to help children, young women and families who were in need of spiritual and emotional strength.
Prayer being a fabric of who she was, Denise had a hand in the 24/7 NSPC National Strategic Prayer Call and The POTUS Shield Prayer Call on a weekly basis.
Denise used her passion with makeup and fashion for not only herself, but others, as she volunteered to do makeup artistry for Phoenix First Assembly Productions and modeled for Fashion Share ministering to hurting women.
She is the daughter of the late Donna Diehl and survived by her father Dennis Diehl; her daughter, Ashley and son-in-love David Diekman of Phoenix, AZ; her son Weston and her daughter-in-love Lori Hill of Las Vegas, NV; her Grandchildren: Derek, Adilee, Dean and Dom; her sister Laura West of Yorba Linda, CA; nieces Tatum West and Krista; and her late sister Arlene Diehl.
A Memorial to celebrate her legacy will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, February 8, 2019 @ Citizens Church, 13206 N. 7th St., Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85022.
In Lieu of flowers, her children have setup a Benevolence fund through Citizens Church, which will cover all expenses incurred for Memorial and is fully tax deductible.

"Your precious Denise is now pain free, enjoying the presence of her Saviour she loved so deeply. She is also enjoying seeing Donna and Arlene again. We will all miss her so deeply until we see her in that Beautiful city.
The things I will most miss are her contagious laugh, faithful friendship, the beautiful twinkle in her eyesand the way she taught us all to passionately worship Jesus.
She was beautiful inside and out.
