Charles 'Chuck' Lowery, age 87, passed away peacefully in his home in Arizona on January 26, 2019. Born in Arkansas to Paul and Allie Lowery, he was a graduate of the University of Minnesota and served in the U.S. Navy.
In 1960, Chuck married the love of his life, Lois. Throughout his dedicated Agricultural career, he was most notably the first Park Director for Dakota County in Minnesota. Chuck blessed his family in so many ways.
He is survived by daughter Michelle Lowery; sons Shawn (Jamie) Lowery, and Wade (Missy) Lowery; brother Robert; and sister Sue; and 8 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife Lois, and son Tyler.
His legacy will be remembered by his loving family and many close friends.
Service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 9424 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021 (602-943-3311).
