James J. DeMarco, on July 8, 2011, of Glendora, formerly of Woodlynne. Age 87.
Beloved husband of 64 years of Dorothy (nee Morrison). Devoted father of James DeMarco (Pat), Robert DeMarco (Linda) and Joseph DeMarco (Linda). Loving Pop of ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Elizabeth Sampolski, Marian Gieges and the late Rose McParland and Joseph DeMarco.
Jim proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He loved his family and enjoyed cooking, baking and making wine.
Jim was an avid gardener and Phillies fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation from 10 to 11am Saturday, July 16, at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Memorial Service 11am at the funeral home. Interment private.
Family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made in Jim's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
