Joan J. Matveenko (nee Natale), on June 20, 2013, of Cherry Hill, formerly of Williamstown and Fairview. Age 91.
Beloved wife of the late Michael Matveenko. Devoted mother of Anthony and his wife Dee McAniff, Joanne and her husband Michael Walsh, Rev. Michael Matveenko, Geralyn and her husband Michael DeMarshall and the late Carol E. Pietrzyk. Dear sister of Avie "Diane" Sapienza, Rose Ianni, Theresa DeCaesar and the late Frank Natale and Gilda Mortelliti. Sister-in-law of Lee Natale. Dear grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Joan worked for many years at W.T. Grant in Audubon and at WAWA in Fairview for 20 years. She was a member of the Women's Card Club, enjoyed playing Bingo, going to Broadway shows and spending time with her family at the Jersey Shore.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday morning from 8:45 to 11:45am at St. Charles Borromeo RC Church, 176 Stage Coach Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081.
Funeral Mass 12noon in church.
Entombment St. Joseph's Mausoleum, Chews Landing.
