Mary E. Sparks (nee Kownacke) on September 13, 2011 of Glendora for 60 years. Age 93.
Beloved wife of the late John J. Devoted mother of Charles Sparks (Carolyn) and Mary Ann Mangiapane (William). Dear grandmother of Ryan Sparks (Melissa), Marina McLaurin (Steve), Danielle Sawyer (Peter), Joseph Cleaver (Heather) and Candi Bosher (Al). Loving great grandmother of Shane, Zachary, Gabriel, Katerina, John, Andrew, Alisha, Ava, Joey, Jacob, Harlie and Cienna. Dear godmother of Bob Ely. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and her faithful companion, Baby.
Mrs. Sparks volunteered at the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Medford. She was a member of St. Teresa's RC Church in Runnemede, and the Medford McDonalds Senior Group. Mrs. Sparks worked for Kelly's Bakery in Glendora.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Saturday morning from 8:15 to 9:15am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Mass Saturday 10am Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa's RC Church, Runnemede. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Mary's memory to the Animal Welfare Association, 509 Centennial Blvd., Voorhees, NJ 08043 or to St. John of God School, Attn: Memorials, 1145 Delsea Drive, Westville Grove, NJ 08093.
