Bartilo M. "Bud" Palmieri, on January 9, 2013, of Runnemede. Age 82.
Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (nee Smith). Loving father of Michael B. Palmieri (Karen), Susan E. Macauley (Rick), Stephen J. Palmieri, Jill M. Davis (Bill) and Jane R. Harkness. Dear grandfather of Danielle Tomeo (Ira), Richard Macauley (Anahi), Christa Whitman (Neil), Dana Weir (Justin), Katrina Gerber (Norman), Cristine, Traci, Billy and Michael Davis, Jacquelyn, Jimmy and Joey Harkness. Great grandfather of Edger, Major, Royal, Mya, Brooke Lynn, Gianna and Zach. Brother of Norma Hainesworth, Betty Jo Davis, Evelyn Janet McCauley and the late Mary Jane Kurchak and Angeline Jean Eutsler. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bud was a U.S. Marine during the Korean War. He was a member of Runnemede Bellmawr Glendora Rotary. He was also a longtime manager for A & P Markets and also worked for Lynmar Builders. Bud enjoyed hunting, fishing, attending Rotary meetings and he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
There will be a viewing from 9 to 11:15am Saturday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Funeral Mass 12 noon at Church of the Holy Spirit, 20 E. Browning Rd., Bellmawr, NJ 08031.
Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing.
