In loving memory of

Florence C. Mascieri
March 13, 1917 - October 30, 2010

Florence C. Mascieri (nee Celli), age 93, died peacefully at her home in Magnolia on October 30, 2010.


Beloved wife of the late George A. Mascieri and devoted mother of George F. Mascieri (Brenda) of Erial, NJ and Lisa Marie Mascieri of Magnolia, NJ. Predeceased by her loving grandson Nicholas A. Mascieri. A devoted grandmother to Michael Lee Mascieri (Lindsey) and great-grandmother to Vienna Love and Giselle Faith. She was the youngest of seven siblings all of whom have preceded her to their Heavenly Home. Loving sister-in-law to Cheriana (Len) Tredanari of NYC and Leno (Anita) Mascieri of PA. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.


Mrs. Mascieri was born and raised in South Philadelphia, attended South Phila. H.S. and graduated with honors at age 16. She attended night school before working for the government during WWII. Married and resided in Drexel Hill, PA for 16 years before relocating to Magnolia, NJ for the past 47 years. She was employed as a bookkeeper with P&B Manufacturing for 22 years and continued her career until her retirement at age 85.


Florence was a faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Gregory's RC Church. Her intelligence, humor, joy of cooking and baking and various talents endeared her to family and many friends. Our dear Flossie/Flo was loved and respected by many and will be remembered in our hearts forever.


Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing 7 to 9pm Wednesday evening and 8 to 9:15am Thursday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Mass 10am Thursday at St. Rita's Parish, Mary, Mother of the Church, Bellmawr.


Entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum, Yeadon, PA.


In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests donations in Florence's memory be offered to: Compassionate Hospice, 516 High Street, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060, or Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
