In loving memory of

Anthony A. Loder, Jr.
April 26, 1955 - August 4, 2010

Anthony A. Loder, Jr., suddenly on August 4, 2010, of Bellmawr. Age 55.

Beloved son of the late Anthony and Margaret (nee Stinson). Dear brother of Marie Barclay, Marge Morrissey (John), Toni Soltanuk (Mark) and Leo Loder (Kathleen). Loving uncle of Paul, Wendi, John, Kristen, Jennifer, Joseph, Anthony and Katie and great uncle of Avery.

Anthony was a counselor with Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Anthony was a beautiful and loving person who accepted his fate graciously. He was a stubborn man who never wanted to give in or give up. He used his ingenuity, creativity and sense of humor to tackle his daily activities with an I CAN attitude and never an I CAN'T. Anthony was a visionary who personified the term Handi-CAPABLE. He was a wonderful artist who loved a good laugh and was always quick with a joke. Through his many battles, Anthony always found time to help others who share the same fate as he. In the early 80's Anthony was a part of history. As an athlete in the Bayada Regatta, Anthony began his quest to inspire those with disabilities. After three decades, this rowing race now attracts competitors from all over the world. Through the years Anthony has continued to inspire his family, friends, as well as perfect strangers as he competed in The Annual Burke Wheelchair Games at the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in Westchester, New York. More recently, he made instructional videos on YouTube (YouTube: Tony Loder quad) in order to give hope to those with spinal cord injuries. Through his hard work and dedication, Anthony has been able to touch the hearts and souls of countless people.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing from 8:45 to 9:45am Monday at Annunciation BVM Church, 601 W. Browning Rd., Bellmawr. Funeral Mass 10am at the church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Anthony's name to the Philadelphia Rowing Program for the Disabled, 4 Boat House, Kelly Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
