Hugh L. Carter, on September 17, 2010, of Gloucester Township, formerly of Salem, VA. Age 93.
Beloved husband of the late Anna Grace (nee Wiegand) Devoted father of Ann L. Carter. Loving brother of Mary Frances Zimmerman, Robert L. Carter (Dorothy), and the late Edward Carter and Nellie May Carter. Dear uncle of Robert Zimmerman, Marilyn Bellis (Joe), Brenda Roberts (Ron), and David Carter (Erica).
Hugh proudly served in the US Navy for 10 years during WWII.
Services and interment are private.
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Hugh's memory to the Salvation Army, 915 Haddon Avenue, Camden, NJ 08103.
