Charles J. Cannon, on May 29, 2010, of Runnemede. Age 68.
Beloved husband of Viola M. (nee Post) for 40 years. Devoted and dedicated father of Lisa Falls (Jack), Donna Turner, Keith Turner, Kenneth Turner (Suzanne). Loving and proud pop-pop of David Leonardis (Lea), Jonathan Leonardis (Nilay), Rachael and TJ Hacker, Megan and Ryan Turner and great-grandfather of Vivianna Grace Leonardis. Dear Brother of Mary Barishek (John), Kathleen Iannucci, Rita Cannon, Joseph Smith, and the late Henry Cannon.
Charles served in the US Army and was a member of Teamster Local Union #500, Philadelphia. He was also an avid golfer and a member of the Bensalem Country Club. As a truck/bus driver he was known and loved everywhere he traveled, as a golfer he was respected and applauded at every course he played, and he was a true blessing to those he called friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Wednesday evening from 7 to 9pm and Thursday morning from 10 to 11am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service Thursday morning 11am at the funeral home. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
