Mrs. Onalee Marie Bloomstrom, age 93, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020. She was born in Lansing, MI on September 21, 1926 to Loren & Mable (Giddings) Armstrong and married John Bloomstrom on November 1, 1947. Onalee, also known as "Miss Lee", was a former member at Calvary Memorial Church where she taught Sunday school for toddlers and later joined Lakeside Baptist Church. Mrs. Bloomstrom took passion in keeping her home neat and clean, enjoyed decorating for the holidays and most of all, she loved being a grandma.
SURVIVORS
Son, Jerry (Kimberly) Bloomstrom of Alaska; 3 Daughters, Suzanne (Jim) Stark of Grandville, Julie (Raymond) Cvengros of Alabama, Sheri (Brad) Kinning of Otsego; siblings, Alan Armstrong, JoAnn Young, Carol Thomas; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 2018; son, Johnny in 2008.
SERVICE
A service will take place at Lakeside Baptist Church at a later date. Internment in East Dalton Oakhill Cemetery.
