In loving memory of

Natalie Larson
December 5, 1937 - March 17, 2020

Natalie Ann Larson, 82 of Winona, died Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Sauer Health Care.
Natalie was born December 5, 1937 in Minneapolis to Lawrence and Gladys (Otteson) Nelson. She graduated from Winona State University where she met her future husband, E. Robert Larson. They were soon married and lived their entire lives in Winona in a home they built together. They both loved fishing and boating on the Mississippi River. This eventually turned into a family lure making business called Lures by Larson. Together, they had many enjoyable trips traveling up and down the river selling their lures, eating at supper clubs and meeting new people. Later in life, Natalie continued to enjoy traveling, including many trips to Florida to visit her daughters and her only grandchild, whom she adored. During road trips to Natalie's beloved North Shore, she and Janae would often enjoy listening to and discussing bluegrass music. Natalie was a homemaker who was very proud of her Norwegian heritage and enjoyed preparing traditional Scandinavian meals and baked goods for her family. Uff da!
The family thanks all her caregivers at Sauer and sends a special thank you to friends Chyrl Ellefson and Cindy McGill for their love and support.
She is survived by two daughters, Laurie Larson and Wendy Larson Cramer (Allen Cramer) and grandchild, Janae Larson Gardner.
Natalie was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
She will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in a private service. Hoff Celebration of Life Center - Goodview is assisting the family with arrangements. Please visit www.hofffuneral.com to sign her online guestbook or leave a message for her family.

"I really enjoyed working with Natalie at sauer, we had fun! Some days I made her smile when others couldn't! My thoughts are with you all right now and going forward, losing your mom is hard! "
