Alisha Lynn Smith
June 21, 1985 - March 20, 2020
INDIANAPOLIS - Alisha Smith, age 34, passed away March 20, 2020. She was born June 21, 1985 to Homer and Beverly Smith. Alisha attended the Pike School system graduating from Pike High School special education program in June 2003.
Alisha attended Crossroads Adult Day Services for 16 years. She loved music, especially R&B, as well as gospel. The Stylistics were her favorite group. Alisha was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where she attended regularly.
Alisha is survived by her brother Edward Smith, her niece and nephew Shaniya Wilkes and Dewayne Smith, as well as a host of other family members and friends.
Our special thanks goes to Aronea Edmonds, Alisha's home health aide for 22 years, to Sarah Ardion, Alisha's music therapist for 10 years, as well as Kim Irvin, Alisha's case manager. Our family appreciates all of your love and support.
