"Thinking about Mike brings back some very specific memories while working with him at Eaton. I started working at Eaton in 2004 and didn't know that Mike had a first name for about 6 months because everyone called him 'Dinville'. First of all, his hand were huge; shaking hands with him was like shaking hands with a baseball glove. His handwriting was artistic and beautiful for sure. He was also a calming voice in the middle of crisis; no matter how bad the scenario was currently, he could calm you and talk about a different time when things were worse and how to make it through. Lastly, Mike was a teacher to those willing to learn. Annoyed by people that wanted to do the wrong thing, he was glad to teach you the right thing if you would listen. My prayers go out to his family in this time of loss and Mike will be missed greatly."
