Linda E. Phillips, of Maquon, passed away at 7:35 a.m., on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at her home.
She was born October 6, 1947, to John Cleghorn and Dorothy (Robinson) LaFollette. She married Michael Phillips on September 28, 1968, at the Methodist Church in Edwards. He survives.
Also surviving are her two children, Stephanie (Larry) Satterwhite of Mapleton, and Ralph Phillips of Peoria; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Satterwhite, Cassidy Phillips, and Chase Phillips; and one great-grandchild, Cameryn Phillips.
She is preceded in death by her father.
Linda was a book keeper and the treasurer for Haw Creek Maquon Cemetery Board for over 15 years. She was also a member of the Eastern Star Yates City Chapter #256 and Job's Daughters #111.
A private graveside service with immediate family only will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2020, at Cottonwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St Jude (My Place) in Yates City, IL.
