Jacqueline Ellen Fleming
August 4, 1956 - May 3, 2020

Jacqueline "Jackie" Ellen Fleming, 63, of Allison, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020, with her family by her side and under the care of Cedar Valley Hospice. She was born on August 4, 1956, in Central Square, New York, to Louis and Elizabeth (Miller) Chapman.

Jackie graduated from Paul V. Moore High School. She was united in marriage to Forest Fleming on August 28, 1975, in Pulaski, New York.

Jackie worked for various medical facilities doing clerical work. She was a member of the Baptist church in Allison. Family was very important to Jackie; she loved spending time with them and celebrating all of their accomplishments. Jackie also enjoyed going shopping.

Jackie is survived by her husband Forest Fleming of Allison, daughter Ellen (Bill) Clark of Allison, daughter Tonya (Brian) White of New York, son Seth (Sarah) Fleming of Allison, special niece Sherry (Alan) Herrington of North Carolina, granddaughter Savanna Clark of Allison, grandson Caiden Clark of Allison, grandson Daniel White of New York, grandson Ari White of New York, sister Joan (Bob) Yager of New York, sister Cheryl (Randy) Koegel of New York, brother Donnie (Diana) Chapman of Tennessee, brother Gary Chapman of South Carolina, brother Steve (Debbie) Chapman of New York, brother Roger (Staci) Chapman of South Carolina and brother John (Donna) Chapman of New York. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Elizabeth.


A Celebration of Life will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 9, 2020, at Allison Baptist Church, 108 Pfaltzgraff Street, Allison.
