MUSCATINE, Iowa - Neil A. Titus, 79, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at Lutheran Living in Muscatine.

Neil was born on September 15, 1940, in Muscatine, the son of Joe and Maude Brie Titus.
Neil is survived by three sons, Marty Titus, Leon Titus and Joel Smith.
