"Homer & Leonard I remember growing up with all my cousins in Ames. We didn't have much money but I will always remember holiday meals at the Lee house on Duff (McFarland Clinic) and at aunt Neva's house.I have been gone a long time but am still a Lee in my heart. I saw Marion a lot when I worked at McFarland in the 70's. I got to know her again then. My prayers are with you."

"Great Aunt Marion was my 2nd grandma as a kid...she was a close cousin to my Mom, Mary, and visits to her mom, Velda's house and to her own are fond memories of our trips to Ames as a child. I remember asking her if I could just call her grandma because I could never remember her name!! I was 4 or 5 at the time....it stuck! She will be missed, however, she believed that Jesus Christ was God's son and sent to save us of our sins and I am confident she is awaiting my arrival in Heaven alongside my mother. John 3:16"
