Jack L. Haley, age 83, passed on May 10, 2020, a resident of Indianapolis.
Jack was predeceased by his brother, Raymond E. Haley, father, Dale Haley and mother, Opal Dingman Haley and wives Linda and Virginia. Survived by his aunt, Rosemary Kidwell, step-son Michael White.
