"I knew Joan from visiting her at the assisted living home on Vulcan Street for several years and bringing her communion. She was a sweet woman and I was sorry when she moved to another home and I couldn't find her. I would sit and visit with her every Sunday morning and read the gospel to her. She loved visitors. Mrs. Joan Louise Schiller, age 84, passed away Monday, May 18, 2020. She was born in Muskegon, MI on April 15, 1936 to John & Anne (Woorst) Novoselich and married Simon "Sam" Schiller. Mrs. Schiller had been employed as a key punch operator at Sealed Power and then Teledyne Continental Motors.
SURVIVORS
Son, Daniel (Michelle) Bowen; brother, John (Marlene) Novoselich, half sisters, Shelley (Buster) Schoonbeck & Lisa (Rick) Baker; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Simon & brother, Greg.
