MUSCATINE, Iowa - Carlos Bautista-Valera Jr., 15, passed away on May 18, 2020, at Hills & Dales in Dubuque, Iowa.

Carlos was born October 1, 2004, in Muscatine, the son of Carlos Bautista-Valera Sr. and Rochelle Turner.
Carlos was a student. He enjoyed attending school, being outside, listening to music. Carlos loved being around his direct family and his Hills & Dales family.
He is survived by his parents; one brother, Elijah Rivera; and five sisters, Chastity Miranda-Suarez, Esperanza Mendoza, Liliana Bautista, Isabella Bautista and Jordan Mitchell of Muscatine.
