In loving memory of

Lynnette Kay Peters
June 13, 1961 - June 22, 2020

Lynnette K. Peters, 59, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020, at Rochester Methodist Hospital.

Lynnette Kay Quam was born June 13, 1961, in Rochester, MN. She graduated from Mayo High School in 1979 and attended Winona State College. On August 21,1982, she married Jeff Peters in Rochester. Lynn worked as an auto-transfusionist at the Mayo Clinic for 35 years.

Lynn had a contagious joy for life and youthful energy. She was easy going, selfless and extremely giving. In the last two years, she found a passion for acrylic paint pouring and created more than one hundred pieces of beautiful art. Her humble spirit never allowed her to boast of her creative talents as a painter or amazing decorator. Lynn enjoyed gardening, candy, and ice cream. She loved animals just as much as they loved her, and she always put other people and her furry friends before herself.

Lynn is survived by her husband, Jeff; son, Michael Peters; daughter, Lindsey Peters; and her parents, Donald and Jeanette Quam of Rochester.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Place NW Rochester, MN 55901). Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will take place at Grandview Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association MN Chapter or Paws and Claws of Rochester.
