"Carolyn, I send my condolences to you and your family. My heart was heavy when I heard of your loss! Bob was such a good friend to my dad (Jim Owens). I remember when Bob and some other troopers would stop by the house when I was a little girl. Bob was so kind and I loved his smile and the kindness he brought into our home. Dad would light up when he was going to visit with Bob post retirement and later in life years, and you could tell he loved his time visiting and spending his time outdoors with Bob or just having a few cups of coffee. From my eyes and from hearing my dad?s stories, Bob was one of the best State Policeman and friend to our family. I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers to you and your family during this time. "
